INB TOWER

INB Tower is a thirty-six story steel frame office building in Indianapolis. The tower portion of the structure rests on a five-story base which combines office and parking functions.

The replacement of exterior marble column covers and the marble clad parapet section is the major portion of the renovation. A new metal panel system will be installed over a rehabilitated steel back-up system. Additionally, a new "top" shall be created with the addition of a cantilevered cornice at the roof level.
