At 740,000 s.f., this five-story structure features 320,000 s.f. of retail space with 2.5 levels of rooftop parking at 900 spaces and a 154,000 s.f. 300-space parking garage at ground level.

Southgate is built on 270 Caissons drilled up to 60 ft. deep. This structure is posttensioned reinforced concrete with 30- by 40-ft. bays.

The building’s skin is reinforced ground-faced concrete masonry. A curtain wall of patterned glass with clear glass at street level will cover most of the street facades.
